Terms & Conditions — tc999 Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tc999", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the tc999 platform and its operating entity, operating under an international gaming license and accessible at tc999.im.
• "You", "User", "Player", "Account Holder" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the tc999 platform.

• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the tc999 platform, which holds the Player's personal information, balance, transaction history, and betting activity.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, held in the Player's tc999 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by tc999, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and payment verification process that tc999 is required to complete before processing withdrawals, under the obligations of its international gaming license.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the tc999 platform is restricted or blocked due to legal, regulatory, or licensing constraints.

By registering an account on tc999, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the tc999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first create an account and continues to apply for the duration of your relationship with tc999.

To register a valid tc999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not accessing tc999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an existing tc999 account.
• You have not previously had a tc999 account closed for terms violations.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or other gambling restriction that would make your participation on tc999 non-compliant.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not under the influence of any condition that would impair your ability to understand these terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Only one tc999 account is permitted per individual. Household members sharing an IP address are permitted to hold separate accounts, provided each account belongs to a distinct eligible individual and each account is individually verified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc999 login credentials, including your username and password. tc999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available within your account settings.

You must not share your tc999 login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. tc999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tc999 immediately at [email protected]. tc999 will suspend the account pending investigation. Do not delay reporting suspected unauthorised access — delays may complicate the investigation process.

tc999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tc999 reserves the right to request verification of your payment method ownership before crediting or releasing funds.

Deposits are generally credited to your tc999 wallet instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the banking institution involved. tc999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits. tc999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

tc999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks may require additional documentation and may extend processing timelines. Withdrawal processing windows are communicated clearly within your account dashboard.

Funds held as Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

tc999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which may include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

The following general conditions apply to all tc999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• tc999 reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the player registered or played with the primary intent of exploiting the promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused or unwagered bonus funds that reach their expiry date will be voided automatically.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or systematically risk-free wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement — constitutes a material breach of these terms.

All bets and gaming activity on tc999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, or slots. These product-specific rules are published within each section of the tc999 platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

tc999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that was accepted due to a technical malfunction, or that was placed at odds that were published in error. In such circumstances, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's real money balance. tc999 will not be liable for any expected winnings arising from an incorrectly published price.

For live in-play betting, tc999 uses real-time data feeds to update odds. There may be brief periods during which bets placed do not reflect the most current state of play due to data latency. tc999 reserves the right to void bets placed during such periods where there is clear evidence that the player had access to information not yet reflected in tc999's odds feed.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. tc999 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where risk management requirements demand it, including in cases where a player's betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tc999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Registering or operating more than one tc999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the tc999 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to tc999 immediately at [email protected].
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using tc999 accounts for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity onto the tc999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tc999 support staff or other players.
• Accessing the tc999 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming control, age verification measure, or account restriction.

All content on the tc999 platform — including but not limited to the tc999 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tc999 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tc999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tc999 content; reverse engineer or decompile any tc999 software; use tc999 branding or content for commercial purposes; or scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the tc999 platform on any other website or application.

tc999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy. By creating a tc999 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

tc999 is required under its international gaming license to collect and retain certain player data for regulatory compliance purposes, including KYC documentation, transaction records, and betting history. tc999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tc999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect platform availability. tc999 will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits tc999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

tc999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are substantive, tc999 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the tc999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required to prevent imminent harm or irreparable loss.

By using the tc999 platform, Pakistani players acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies by jurisdiction and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on tc999 is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their location. tc999 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory.
